passable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Many country roads and some campsites are closed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travelers have these rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first weekend in August, southern Austria, Slovenia and parts of Croatia were hit by severe storms and torrential rain.\u00a0The consequences were flooding, washed out roads and landslides.\u00a0The weather has improved significantly, but the\u00a0<strong>traffic disruptions<\/strong>\u00a0and tourist\u00a0<strong>restrictions<\/strong>\u00a0are continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"oesterreich\">Austria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Austria, the federal states of Carinthia<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Styria<\/strong>&nbsp;are mainly&nbsp;affected.&nbsp;In the southeast of Carinthia, in addition to many state roads, the Lavam\u00fcnd (B80) and Seebergsattel (B82) border crossings are currently closed due to for&nbsp;<strong>a long time to come.&nbsp;<\/strong>The traffic disruptions are mainly concentrated in the catchment areas of the&nbsp;<strong>Sava, Drava<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Mura rivers.&nbsp;<\/strong>Not only are a number of road connections impassable here, but also campsites are closed and train connections are interrupted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong>The damage around the capital Ljubljana, in the coastal region and in the Alpine region around the Triglav National Park is&nbsp;<strong>less serious .&nbsp;<\/strong>According to the Slovenian Tourist Board, a id=\"kroatien\">Croatia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Croatia, the greatest obstructions are along the Sava River, which also affects&nbsp;traffic in the&nbsp;<strong>greater Zagreb area .&nbsp;<\/strong>Landslides and roadblocks are also reported from the&nbsp;<strong>Dalmatian hinterland<\/strong>&nbsp;.&nbsp;The situation in the holiday areas on the coasts is less critical.&nbsp;Overall, however, the situation is improving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Croatian Automobile Club HAK offers traffic information in German\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hak.hr\/de#verkehrslage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">.\u00a0<\/a>*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to forecasts , no new storms<\/strong>\u00a0are expected for the coming days\u00a0.\u00a0It could be weeks
