Kenya and Germany inked a Comprehensive Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement today, making history.

Through the movement of skilled workers, apprentices and student training the agreement, seeks to improve economic growth, minimize workforce shortages and welfare, and strengthen bilateral ties.

With this agreement, we intend to develop a vibrant, networked labor market.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz -@Bundeskanzler – and President William Samoei Ruto presided over the ceremony in the Chancellery in .

Hon. Dr. Hon Musalia W Mudavadi, PCS and CS, Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, PS Roseline K Njogu-Diaspora Affairs were present at the event accompanied by high-ranking Government officials from the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Kenya.
