On Friday morning, a fuel truck carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) crashed near the Lesirwo district of Kericho County along the Londiani-Muhoroni Road, resulting in a gas spill on the busy road.

Before the truck overturned, Michael Mwangi, the driver, allegedly lost control of the Mercedes Benz with registration number KCP 588R/ZH2580.

Fortunately, the incident did not result in any recorded fatalities or injuries.

After Mwangi reported the event, police acted quickly and contacted the Kericho Fire Brigade to help contain the potentially dangerous situation.
