Two of the four assailants admitted to be guilty of carrying out a deadly attack in Moscow 23rd March resulting to loss of lives.

The crime committed carries maximum sentence life time imprisonment.

Basmanny District Court formally charged a 32-year-old for commiting a group of of terrorist attack.

In front of the judge were a 30-year-old, a 19-year-old, and a 25-year-old.

At least 137 people died in the incident, which was claimed by an Islamic State affiliate.

The men, who are all citizens of Tajikistan, will be detained in pretrial custody until May 22 according to the court’s decision.

A defendant was brought in straight from the hospital and remained motionless in the dock, his eyes closed, the entire time.

He had several cuts and was wearing a hospital gown and trousers when he was seen in court, receiving medical attention from paramedics.

Citing the investigation, Russian news agency TASS reported that the 19-year-old was filming the terror attack.

The Moscow Region Health Ministry reported 182 people injured.

Four accused assailants and 11 other participants in the incident have been taken into custody.

At least 137 people were slain by the Islamic State group.
